Pika Insights has partnered with tribal leaders and enrollment officers to understand the potential population impacts of constitutional changes to enrollment criteria. Tribes find it useful to have an outside party provide unbiased calculations about this often controversial topic.

In collaboration with Wilder Research, Pika Insights has completed studies for several tribes, including Red Lake Nation and the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. More recently, Pika Insights worked directly with the Pascua Yaqui Tribe to complete a similar study. Other tribal partnerships are ongoing.
